1. Introduction
Welcome to HORUS TECH LTD. By accessing our compute resources and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our AI infrastructure, GPU allocations, and related services.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients are strictly prohibited from using Horus GPU clusters for cryptojacking, unauthorized penetration testing, distribution of malware, or any activities violating UK or international laws. Instances flagged for suspicious activities will be instantly terminated.
3. Resource Allocation and Billing
GPU instances are billed per minute of active allocation based on the specific hardware tiers (e.g., RTX 4090, RTX 5090). Horus Tech reserves the right to rate-limit or pause instances if account balances reach zero.
